Hi, I’m Astrid — a certified life and mental health coach, mother, and guide for those navigating transition, healing, and growth.

I’m originally from Denmark and now live in Buenos Aires, raising my 10-year-old son. I know what it means to rebuild a life — through separation, relocation, identity shifts, and big unknowns.

My coaching is shaped by both lived experience and professional depth. I’m nationally board-certified (NBHWC) and have completed over 1,800 coaching sessions, working with psychiatrists, therapists, and integrative wellness teams. I bring a trauma-informed, HIPAA-compliant, whole-person approach to every client.

Before coaching, I worked in high-level kitchens across Europe — including Michelin-starred restaurants. As a chef and mentor, I learned the discipline, timing, and leadership it takes to hold a steady space under pressure. I bring that same steadiness to my sessions: a calm presence in the midst of your own storm.

I also spent years as an equine massage therapist, working closely with horses. That time taught me how to read unspoken signals — from both horses and humans — and to build trust without rushing.

Today, my practice blends structure and softness, soul and system. Whether you’re navigating burnout, transition, ambition, or emotional fatigue, we work to build a life that truly carries you — one that feels aligned, steady, and real.

I don’t believe in fixing you. You are not broken. I believe in uncovering your clarity, agency, and rhythm — and building a life around that.

If you’re ready, we begin with one conversation.
